If you're 11-19 years old text your school nurse on 07507 329952. We help students with all kinds of things like relationships, mental health, bullying, alchohol, self harm, healthy eating, drugs and smoking.

 

Healthy Family Team: Advice Line video

A 'single point of access' Advice Line for parents, carers and young people living in Nottinghamshire and healthcare professionals who want to speak to the Healthy Family Teams for advice or support, covering the 0-19 years age range.

 

Healthy Family Team: Newark and Sherwood Showcase

Whilst these films are relevant to all Healthy Family Teams, they were created initially to showcase the work of the Healthy Family Team in Newark and Sherwood.

The showcase links to a series of films, from antenatal through 0-19.
