Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.
We offer rehabilitation, recovery or ongoing assessment to older adults, mainly over the age of 65, after a stay in hospital.
We have ten beds for patients who need to keep their weight off a fractured limb. We provide further rehabilitation so that they can go home safely.
We also provide end of life care to patients in their last few weeks of life.
