Could you be our next Non-Executive Director?

Could you be the next member of our Trust Board?

Nottinghamshire Healthcare has a strong value base and puts their patients, carers and staff at the centre of everything they do. We are rightly incredibly proud of the services we provide to our patients, carers and their families. We have a dedicated, compassionate and resilient workforce who do a fantastic job caring for all who use our services and make it the vibrant, values-based organisation it is.

We are looking for four Non-Executive Directors to join our unitary Board, to bring support and constructive challenge, and help lead the strategic direction of the Trust. Being a Non-Executive Director with the Trust is demanding, but very rewarding.

For the first post, the Trust is looking for a qualified accountant to chair the Audit Committee. For the other posts, we would welcome applications from people with expertise in digital and IT, equality, diversity and inclusion and / or experience of partnership working in a healthcare setting.

Applicants from all parts of society are encouraged, particularly people with disabilities, people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities and people from the LGBT+ communities, who are all under-represented at this level in the organisation.

If you have the values, skills and experience Nottingham Healthcare are looking for and want to be part of our journey, we want to hear from you.

For further information, please see the candidate information pack or contact Jenny Adrian by email at jadrian@hunter-healthcare.com to arrange an informal conversation.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 11 November 2021 with interviews expected to take place in week commencing 13 December 2021.
