Our next Annual General Meeting and Annual Members Meeting (AGM/AMM) will be held on Friday 30 September 2022, 2pm to 3pm. This will be held virtually via teams. Click here to join the event

Programme for the meeting:

2pm - Chair, Paul Devlin formally opens the Annual General Meeting and Annual Members Meeting. The notes of the Annual General Meeting for 2021 to be formally agreed.

2.10pm - Lead Governor, Jim Aleander provides an overview of the Council of Governors work this year

2.20pm -  Executive Director of Finance and Estates, Alison Wyld provides a Financial Summary of Accounts for the past year and highlights of the year.

2.30pm - Chief Executive, Anne-Maria Newham MBE - A Year in Review

2.40pm - Paul Devlin, Chair and Anne-Maria Newham MBE, Chief Executive question and answers

2.55pm - Chair, Paul Devlin to bring the meeting to a close.

We will also be holding  a showcasing event with highlights from the AGM / AMM as part of the agenda on 7 November. Further details to follow.
