Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is proud to be part of Notts Pride 2025. Pride is an important opportunity for us to demonstrate our continued commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion - not just in words, but in the way we care for our communities and support our colleagues.
This year, our stall carries the theme Pride is Not Just for Christmas - a playful way to share a serious message. Our support for LGBT+ people - whether colleagues, service users, carers or members of the public is not limited to Pride month. It's something we champion all year round. We're bringing a festive feel to the summer with tinsel, trees and perhaps a few out-of-season tunes, all to spark meaningful conversations about inclusion, visibility and belonging.
At Notts Healthcare, we are proud to be a pro-equity organisation. We recognise that some people continue to face discrimination, barriers to care and unequal treatment - not just in wider society, but within healthcare systems too. We are committed to challenging this, standing alongside those affected and working every day to create fairer, safer spaces for everyone.
We are especially proud of our diverse teams and services and the contributions of our LGBT+ colleagues across the Trust. Their expertise, perspectives and leadership enrich our services and help us grow stronger together.
