Trust Strategy refresh – have your say!
We're refreshing our Trust strategy, and we need to hear from you. We need your help to shape our strategic direction and priorities for the next three years.
A lot has happened since we launched our last strategy, and although it runs to 2027, our Board made the decision to do a refresh to focus on what is most important to the Trust now. It's an opportunity to re-align our priorities to the Government's new NHS 10 Year Plan, and its focus on neighbourhood health and local population health needs, and also for us to embed our improvement programme and reshape our strategic direction of travel across the organisation.
We really need to hear from our patients, carers and local people, it's important that you help to shape our plans for the next three years. We want to hear what we're doing well, what we can do better and how we can develop our services, working with other organisations and local communities, to better meet your needs. This is your opportunity to influence the future direction of Nottinghamshire Healthcare.
This is refresh not a full re-write. Some things will stay the same including our current Trust values. It's important that we hear the views of as many people as possible, from colleagues, patients, carers and partners. Your feedback will shape our strategic direction for the next 3 years.
