Newark and Sherwood Local Mental Health Team
We are a community mental health team that provides care and treatment for adults who experience mental health difficulties.
We help clients with their recovery, through individual support such as:
- nurse-led clinics
- medical outpatients
- short term skills led clinics
- group therapies
- family interventions
We work with nurses, occupational therapists, support workers and psychologists.
We can refer clients to other services for extra support as needed alongside the support we offer.
Our team has a carers' support group which meets regularly. Please speak to a member of the team if you would like more information about the group.
Accessing our service
If you require a referral to your local mental health team, please contact your GP.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

There is limited free visitor and service user parking onsite.
