The Institute of Mental Health 2017 Publication Awards

The Institute of Mental Health is now accepting entries for the annual Publication Awards, highlighting the best publications of 2017.  The Awards aim to celebrate and promote the work of people within Nottinghamshire Healthcare or the University of Nottingham working in the fields of mental health or learning disability.

The award categories are as follows:

Awards categories
  • Best overall publication
  • Best publication when the author has no more than 6 previous publications
  • Best publication flowing from work during doctoral studies or as part of a doctoral dissertation
  • Best publication by an employee of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust who does not have a substantive contract with a university.

Each award carries a prize value of £100* and the winners will be announced at the IMH Annual Research Day in May 2018

* award to be used on a research related item of the winner’s choice

Please think about nominating papers from your Centre of Excellence. 

Nominations may be submitted by the author or by others (professors are not eligible for prizes). A publication may be submitted for more than one category but may win one prize only.

Please submit your paper (in PDF format) to Darren Wright at darren.wright@nottshc.nhs.uk by 31 March 2018
