Could you be our new Director of Partnerships?

Director of Partnerships

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) provides a range of mental health, intellectual disability and community physical health provision across low, medium and high secure services, including Rampton Hospital. Serving a diverse population of over a million people across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, the Trust operates across a number of sites, has an annual turnover of more than £400m and employs over 9,000 members of staff.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who shares our values, passions and our ambitions who can be highly influential across our organisation and the wider health and care system.

In this new role you will develop existing partnerships and will establish new ones, working collaboratively across the health and care systems locally, regionally and nationally.   You will enable the Trust to contribute and respond to changes and challenges that new horizons present.

The ideal person will have well developed influencing and networking skills; be able to demonstrate a successful track record in developing and maintaining key relationships; and the ability to unite people and bring programs of work together across and beyond organisational boundaries. You will be an excellent team player and will be able to demonstrate the ability to contribute to and support other Executive portfolios.

Ideally your experience should include working at Board/sub board or senior level in a large complex organisation or system.

This role presents a great opportunity in helping to build a strong, exciting and more sustainable future for services we provide to the most vulnerable people in society.  If you believe you have the skills to succeed in this role and want to part of our journey, we would welcome your application.

More details including how to apply can be found here. The closing date for applications is Sunday 3 November.
