Celebrate World Mental Health Day with the Trust’s very own Cuppa and Connect event and raise money for our charity.
Research shows that talking and building meaningful connections is good for our mental health, and that’s why our Cuppa and Connect offers the perfect blend of team spirit and support for mental health. It’s a great time to connect with colleagues or friends, create a supportive environment and make mental health a priority.
This could be face-to-face at a scheduled team meeting, virtually online or outside of work to catch up with colleagues and friends whilst raising money for the Trust’s charity.
Ideally it would take place on World Mental Health Day, but if that is not possible then any day in October will be a good day for a Cuppa and to connect.
Here’s some ideas of how you can help raise some money:

Raising money for the Trust’s charity means that we are able to support our patients by investing in new equipment, development projects to patient areas, wellbeing items, books and other initiatives to ensure we enhance and provide the best possible experience of care for those using our services. It means we can also invest in the development and wellbeing of our colleagues.
