OSCARS 2019/20 has now launched
Our Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme (OSCARS) for 2019/20 has now launched. The OSCARS is our awards scheme for our staff and volunteers. This is an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate their outstanding work.
Award categories
This year we have ten award categories as follows:
- Unsung Hero Award - Clinical
- Unsung Hero Award - Non Clinical
- Quality Improvement Award
- Team of the Year Award - Clinical
- Team of the Year Award - Non Clinical
- Leadership Award
- Environmental Impact Award
- Volunteer of the Year Award
- Outstanding Care and Compassion Award
- Lifetime Achievement Award
What’s changed for 2019/20?
This year we have introduced an Environmental Impact Award. Making the Trust as sustainable as possible is a high priority for the organisation and we want to celebrate what individuals and teams are doing to make a difference to this agenda. The Trust is committed to the sustainability agenda and improving and sustaining our environment for today’s generations and those yet to come. We want to celebrate individuals and teams who are going above and beyond to have a positive impact.
We have also simplified the nominations forms this year to make them easier for you to fill out. Remember though to include as much evidence and examples as you can to support your reasons as to why you think the individual/team deserve to win the award.
