OSCARS 2020/21 has now launched!
Our Outstanding Service Contribution and Recognition Scheme (OSCARS) for 2020/21 has now launched. The OSCARS is our awards scheme for our staff and volunteers. This is an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate their outstanding work.
Award categories
This year we have ten award categories as follows:
Unsung Hero Award - Clinical
Unsung Hero Award - Non Clinical
Quality Improvement Award
Team of the Year Award - Clinical
Team of the Year Award - Non Clinical
Leadership Award
Environmental Impact Award
Volunteer of the Year Award
Outstanding Care and Compassion Award
Lifetime Achievement Award
What’s changed for 2020/21?
It’s now even easier to nominate someone you know for an OSCAR! We’ve simplified the nomination form and you can now submit your nomination easily online. Remember though to include evidence and examples to support your reasons as to why you think the individual/team deserve to win the award. We’ve introduced a new word count of 250 words too, to help you stay focused.
Nominations are now open for just four weeks, until Monday 4 April. So, don’t delay, NOMINATE TODAY!
