Putting the involvement of patients and carers into all that we do at the Trust- Building our Improvement Plan together

We're hosting an event on Tuesday 17 December, for patients and carers, as part of the next phase of our Big Plan conversations.

 

• Date:  Tuesday 17 December 2024
• Time:  11am to 4pm 
• Location: Mansfield Civic Centre, Mansfield, Nottingham NG19 7BH 

This will provide patient and carers with a unique opportunity to:

• Get updates on the Big Conversation activity and the Trusts Improvement Plan
• Discover opportunities for patients and carers involvement in the Plan
• Share in the progress and learn about positive activities and actions underway
• Explore how your voice can shape our approaches moving forward

The event will bring together our Executive team, project hosts, current volunteers, Involvement partners, and patients and carers from across our services. 

Together, we aim to establish an ongoing programme of Involvement events and activities, including an annual in-person event.
