Recruiting now: Director of Corporate Governance
We are looking for an experienced, confident and forward-thinking corporate governance professional to join us as Director of Corporate Governance and play a key role within the senior leadership team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare.
This is a pivotal and high-profile position, reporting directly to the chief executive, with responsibility for shaping and strengthening our corporate governance arrangements. Through your leadership, you will ensure that our Board of Directors receives the high-quality information and assurance it needs to support effective decision making - helping us deliver safe, person-centred care and a great working experience for our colleagues.

This role involves close coordination across the Trust, supporting the smooth running of the Board and its Committees. You will lead the interface between executive and governance arrangements and play an important part in developing a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement. We'll look to you to anticipate challenges, streamline processes and champion high standards of reporting and debate - ensuring our governance adds real value to how we care for our patients and support our people.
