The Service Transformation Team for Mental Health Services for Older People would like to invite you to attend a meeting at:
Bassetlaw Hospital, Mental Health Unit, Large Meeting Room
On Wednesday 4 May 2016, between 9am - 3.30pm
Senior Staff will be on hand to listen to your opinion of community services and your ideas and views on how the service might be redesigned to improve patient experience and to deliver service improvements.
