Trust welcomes new Executive Director
Welcome to Lorraine Hooper who takes up the role of Executive Director of Finance, Information and Estates at Nottinghamshire Healthcare from 1 March 2021.
Lorraine brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in finance, performance and estates. She joins the Trust from North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust where she was Director of Finance, Performance and Estates for two years. Prior to this role, Lorraine was Deputy Director of Finance at Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Joining the NHS in 2004, Lorraine started her career at the Queen’s Medical Centre, Nottingham as a trainee Accountant and has had a number of financial roles in the acute sector at United Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, where she was Head of Financial Management and Planning.
Lorraine said: “I am delighted to become part of the team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare and look forward, over the coming weeks and months, to getting to know the services the Trust provides and the staff who work to make a real difference to patients’ lives. I am passionate about the NHS and the great things it does and hope to be a small part of supporting services to deliver their best.”
