Volunteers' Week 2020
This week is Volunteers’ Week, so what better time to say a huge thank you to all our incredible volunteers? From health centres to hospital wards, involvement centres to patient support groups, over 400 volunteers support the Trust to deliver services and care for patients. And, having signed up as Covid-19 responders, some of our regulars have been busier than ever recently! Whether it’s helping with PPE, delivering swab tests or writing letters to patients who can’t have visitors, they’ve been offering helpful hands wherever they can.
Our Chief Executive, Dr John Brewin, shared a special message for our volunteers. Thank you for everything you do, we couldn’t do it without you.
