How we will deliver our Strategy

Our three-year Strategy will be delivered in a phased approach with:

 

Year 1

Focused on redesigning our core services around our neighbourhood and integration ambitions

Focused on sustaining improvement and realising the benefits of digital and service integration

 

Our strategy will be delivered through four key inter-related elements

1. Care Group Clinical / Service Plans which align to our strategic aims.
2. A single Strategic Transformation Plan focused on redesign of our clinical and corporate services so they are fit-for-purpose, meet patient needs and are operationally sustainable.
3. Enabling or Corporate Service Plans which support delivery of our strategic aims and key transformation priorities.
4. Our organisational values, developed in 2021, remain central to our Strategy. Our core values of Trust, Honesty, Respect, Compassion and Teamwork are fundamental in setting out how we operate and work together to achieve the ambitions set out in our Strategy.
