Our organisational values, developed in 2021, remain a central guiding principle for our Trust Strategy and our People Plan. We know that our staff come to work to 'Make a Difference', so our vision for the next five years is to 'make a difference to the communities we serve by delivering the highest quality physical and mental health care to our patients, and by tackling inequalities in outcomes, experience and access.
