Bracken House Rehabilitation Unit
Bracken House is a rehabilitation unit for men and women aged between 18 and 65 and those over 65 who are already accessing adult mental health services.
We support patients with mental health difficulties through a period of recovery. This allows them to achieve their potential in physical and mental wellbeing, work, education and social networks and activities.
The unit has disabled access and parking is available.
Visiting times
If you would like to visit a patient on the unit, please call 01623 404611. Visiting times are usually from 10am to 8pm.
Accessing our service
This service is available to those registered with a GP in Nottingham or Nottinghamshire.
Referrals can also be made by mental health professionals.

Parking
There is limited free visitor and service user parking on Lindsay Close.
Do allow a little extra time to find a parking space, especially during busy periods.

If your concern relates to a current inpatient of Bracken House please contact the ward directly on the number provided.
If your concern relates to a service user in the community or member of the public then please contact the relevant mental health team involved, the local crisis team or the police should your concerns relate to risk and require immediate emergency response.
