Community Nursing Evening and Night Service
We provide unplanned nursing support to patients who are registered with our District Nursing teams.
We offer support for:
- falls,
- continence,
- end of life/palliative care,
- administration of medications,
- wound care.
All calls to our service are answered by a non-clinical call handler, who passes a message to the Community Nursing Evening and Night Team.
In an emergency, you might be advised to call 999.
Accessing our service
To use our service, you need to be registered with a GP in Nottingham North and East, Nottingham West or Rushcliffe.
You can also use our service if you are registered at The Giltbrook Practice or Newthorpe Medical Practice.
