Children's Nursing Services
We provide a range of nursing services for children and young people who have a learning disability, physical disability and/or a complex health condition.
These services include:
- children's community nursing
- short breaks, day care and overnight short breaks for children living in Nottingham City
- a range of paediatrician led clinics
In Mansfield and Ashfield and Newark and Sherwood, we offer a community nursing service to children with complex health problems, disability and also learning disability.
The services are available to children and young people aged 0 – 19.

Service opening hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Inpatient short breaks
Available throughout the year including weekends, except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Community Nursing Service
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm.
