Community Children and Young People's Service
The Community Children and Young People’s Service is made up of different services which support young people with additional health needs, including disability.
We aim to improve the quality of life for children and their families, by supporting the child’s life choices rather than restricting them.
You can find out more about each service by visiting the pages in the menu on the left.
Referrals can be made via the Single Point of Access (SPA) on 0300 123 3387.
