The national suspension on visiting inpatient areas has been lifted. Please contact the ward you wish to visit in advance for guidance and instructions for a safe visit.

Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe blood loss, serious burns, suspected stroke.
Community Nursing Evening and Night Service
We provide unplanned nursing support to patients who are registered with our District Nursing teams. In our service will include support for:
- end of life/palliative care
- administration of medications
- wound care
All calls to the service will be answered by a non-clinical call handler, who will pass a message to the Community Nursing Evening and Night Team. In an emergency, advice will be given about calling 999.
Services opening hours
7 days a week, from 8pm – 8am.
