Looking after your mental health

We know many people will be struggling with mental health problems at the moment and the Trust’s Let’s Talk Wellbeing Service is available to help.

The service provides psychological assessment and treatment (talking therapies) for common mental health problems, which 1 in 4 of us will suffer with at some stage in our lives. This includes depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and stress. The current Coronavirus pandemic is likely to be causing more people to need mental health support so please do contact the Lets Talk Wellbeing Service if you need help.
