Some of our services now offer video consultations. You should speak to your clinician if this is something you would like them to consider. You can find out more about video consultation here.

Our service is for people aged over 18 with neurological conditions, either together with King's Mill Hospital or specified Nottinghamshire Healthcare services.

Our locations include King's Mill Hospital, where we support stroke inpatients. King's Mill is the base for the Early Supported Discharge Team for Stroke which is provided in patients’ homes across Newark and Sherwood, and Mansfield and Ashfield.

The neurorehabilitation ward is at Mansfield Community Hospital. We are members of the Long Term Neurological Conditions Team serving Bassetlaw and the Community Stroke Team in West Nottingham.

Accessing our service

You need to be referred by the stroke or neurorehabilitation consultant from King's Mill Hospital or Mansfield Community Hospital, or be receiving the services from the relevant community teams.  We do not accept self-referrals.
