Clinical Neuropsychology Team
Clinical Neuropsychology services support people who have psychological difficulties linked to a neurological condition.
These services are provided as part of several multidisciplinary teams within Nottinghamshire Healthcare, including:
- Bassetlaw Long Term Neurological Conditions team
- Nottingham Community Stroke team
- Mid Notts Community Neurorehabilitation team
Neuropsychology services are also provided in partnership with Sherwood Forest Hospitals. This includes work on:
- Kingsmill Stroke Ward
- Mid Notts Integrated Community Stroke Service
Accessing our service
You need to be referred by the stroke or neurorehabilitation teams:
- Kingsmill Stroke Ward
- Kingsmill Integrated Community Stroke Team
- Bassetlaw Long Term Neurological Conditions Team
- Nottingham Community Stroke Service
We are unable to accept self-referrals.
The hospital sites are accessible by wheelchair.

Outside of office hours please contact your GP service, NHS 111, or in an emergency go to your local Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.
