Nottinghamshire County Post / Long COVID Service
The Post covid service is a non-diagnostic therapy led community service supporting adults (over 18 years). It helps adults to manage symptoms of Long Covid and improve quality of life.
If you think you may have Long Covid or post viral symptoms, for example, fatigue, brain fog, pain and breathlessness (among others) and they are impacting on your day-to-day life please get in touch.
You don't need to have a positive Covid test or a diagnosis of Long Covid to access the service

We will make an appointment to speak to you and discuss your care
We offer;
- A holistic assessment
- Help with managing your symptoms
- Support with your wellbeing
- Help with work
Patients with a GP within Nottinghamshire County can access the service.
Service opening hours
The service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. We do not operate in the evenings and weekends.
We are keen to promote our service and educate people on Long Covid.
