Contact the ward you wish to visit in advance for guidance and instructions for a safe visit.

Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.
Single Point of Referral - Bassetlaw
Our Single Point of Referral service provides a central point of access, via telephone, for all Bassetlaw residents who have a health query or wish to make contact with their health professional supporting them in their care.
Single Point of Referral is staffed by a team of experienced advisors who have a wide knowledge of local health service provision and customer care expertise.
Our service is available to adults over the age of 18.
