How to Navigate the learning Portal

When you have referred into complete training you will be set up with an account within the Nottinghamshire CSS Learning Portal - you will receive an email from noreply@nottinghamshirecsstraining.org

We have been advised that this may go into your spam / junk folder.

 

The email format is:

Hi First name and surname,  You have been enrolled on the Community Children's Training Team online learning system and will be able to complete courses which we will enrol you onto.  A new account has therefore been created for you at 'childrenandspecialists' and you have been issued with a new temporary password.  Your current login information is now:  Username: 'lowercase no spaces' first name surname  Password: 'new password' (you will have to change your password when you have logged in for the first time) (change this to a memorable password that you will remember).

 

To start using 'childrenandspecialists' login

Log in to the site | childrenandspecialists

In most mail programs, this should appear as a blue link which you can just click on. If that doesn't work, then cut and paste the address into the address line at the top of your web browser window. 

 

Once you are enrolled on to the training which has been requested

If you have referred into complete training via e-learning using our learning portal - you will follow the process as above for setting up your account- Once you have been enrolled on to the training you will receive an email from  noreply@nottinghamshirecsstraining.org.

Hi First name and surname,  New course enrolments have been created for you on childrenandspecialists at Log in to the site | childrenandspecialists You have been enrolled on the following courses: 'Course name' Your username to login is: [username]  Your password is whatever you changed it to at your last login. Kind regards, The Children's Community Training Team

 

Training Via Microsoft Teams and Face to Face Training

To access the training that you have been booked onto please log in to your account, your training will be available via the active training tab as per screenshot below:

   

Once training has been completed 

Your certificate will be available within 2-3 working days via Nottinghamshire CSS Learning Portal.

You will receive an email stating the course is completed with a link for your certificate.

Please log in and go to 'Active Learning'

You will be asked to complete an evaluation of the course, and then your certificate will be released for you.
