Notts Healthcare colleague wins national and local award for going above and beyond to support vulnerable patient

Stacey Birley-Tedder, Primary Care Liaison Nurse, Primary Care Liaison Team at the Trust  was recently awarded a national Cavell Star Award, as well as a Trust award. This was in recognition of Stacey's work with a vulnerable patient for the last two years, providing outstanding care and support.

Notts services win prestigious HSJ Award for partnership project supporting vulnerable people

The Nottingham City Placed Based Partnership won a HSJ Award for its groundbreaking work to improve how services in Nottingham work together to help people experiencing severe and multiple disadvantage. Severe Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) refers to the experience of having three or more complex and interconnected social issues, such as homelessness, mental health problems, substance misuse, and involvement with the criminal justice system.
