Only visit your local Emergency Department for serious life-threatening conditions that need immediate medical attention including persistent severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, acute confused state, severe breathlessness, severe blood loss, serious burns or suspected stroke.
Community Neurological Rehabilitation Centre
The Community Neurological Rehab Centre provides a period of rehabilitation for people who are medically stable and need support from a number of different professionals.
The service is for people over 16 who are registered with a GP in Mansfield and Ashfield or Newark and Sherwood.
We are based at Mansfield Community Hospital, Stockwell Gate, Mansfield, NG18 5QJ.
