Introduction to Post COVID-19 Symptom Management
Welcome to Post COVID-19 Symptom Management. We look forward to having you within the groups and hope that you gain some support from attending these.
All group sessions will be with others also experiencing post COVID-19 symptoms. These groups are intended to be a safe space where group members can share experiences, thoughts, and feelings. It is hoped that you will gain support from each other as well as gaining information from the clinician led sessions on management of post COVID-19 symptoms.
Post COVID-19 Symptom Management Group Rules
Symptom Management virtual group sessions will be attended by a small number of people who are experiencing post COVID-19 symptoms.
These groups are intended to be a safe space where group members can share experiences, thoughts, and feelings. It is hoped that you will gain support from each other as well as gaining knowledge from the sessions around management of your symptoms.
Post COVID-19 Symptom Management Group Sessions
The aim of the sessions is to support individuals to manage their post COVID-19 symptoms. Therapists will facilitate these small groups via Microsoft Teams.
There are a range of sessions that may be attended depending on your needs. Suitable sessions will be discussed and agreed with you. Each topic will be covered in a single session, except for fatigue which will run over 2 sessions. Each session will last approximately an hour to an hour and half in length. Sessions will be available on different days, at different times, and can be booked to suit your needs.
